As professionals, most times we face a lot of rejections while trying to attain that great feat or position we’ve always dreamed about. This can be seen in our day to day endeavours: when we share that carefully crafted CV to an employee who justs discards it randomly.
Despite the hurdles, it is worth noting that one of the vital ways to overcome the fear of rejection is by getting a lot of no’s. Yes. This might come as a shock to most of you, but as for some of us who see rejection as an opportunity to level our game, we face it head on and move forward to the next.
While rejection never feels good, it should never discourage you from submitting that next application or convince you that you are not good enough.
Take it or leave it, but Rejection is the subjective opinion of one person who is usually scared of change and is rejecting you out of fear of their own position. ( But this might not be the case mostatimes as your qualifications might not actually fit the job description properly)
It’s not the universe telling you that you aren’t good enough, it is just one person with their own goals and motives and likely has much less to do with your qualifications than you think it does.
