I heard if you are not a tutted chief, you are not eligible to use walking stick which it’s a sign of respect and honor, I also learnt that non titled chief are not meant to sit with kings, so for a man to get to this stage of life that person must be innovative, enthusiastic have integrity and also have the life of leadership, my dad is a tittled chief in my clan and it’s because of the quality he has that took him from chief to high which which means he put in his very best to get to that stage.
