Grammy award winner, Damian Ogulu popularly known as Burna boy has once again called out Davido in series of tweets following thier loss at the 2024 grammys.
Trouble started when a stunch OBO fan invaded burna’s space on twitter with series of insults.
Burna in response, took time to drag the fan, allegedly stating that davido was an actual joke.
while the dragging continued, a Twitter user digged out series of posts by Burna Boy Hailing Davido for helping him sell out tickets during his 2019 show in london.
According to the tweep, Davido played a major part in burna’s uprising during his early days.
The post reads:
People wondering why I hate this u**** boy @burnaboy, when you keep hating on someone who gave you life when you were nobody. This same you . someone that should be grateful to @davido forever for turning his life around.
Man supported you till you become someone in life, now that you are big, you feel he’s the same person you should joke with. Man knew what he was saying when he said you are a new cat, and he wasn’t kidding about it. It’s this ur arrogance that will finish you up, you allow Jews and In-jew wey no get life dey whine ur head make you dey against your brother
all in name of stanship. You are a big shame to the whole NBM, where is the social equity and justice? Burnaboy you fell off so bad, I pray for your end soon if you no change your ways.
Burna who couldn’t let this slide also shared his own view regarding the tweet, stating that he is not obliged to show any form of gratitude whatsoever.

Over the past few months, the online tussle between burna and davido has risen to a significant level.
few months ago, ogbonoblog learned that burna boy had unknowingly provoked some davido supporters after he released a tweet about his contributions to the music industry.
The singer who won the Top Afrobeat Award of 2023 and displayed the trophy on X. He noted that it is just the beginning of his greater win.
